Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.

We accept cash. Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted in our office.
We offer financing through CareCredit, click below to apply on-line. Care Credit offers 12 months no interest with great payment plans and can be used in many other medical offices as well.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
